1. All goods sold by DZEmerald will be shipped to the customer via POS LAJU.
  2. COM will packed the goods properly and accordingly in order to prevent the goods from being damage while in transit.
  3. A tracking number or tracking ID will be provided to the customer once the goods are being shipped.


Return and Exchange

  1. DZEmerald will accept returns if:
    1. Wrong goods were being shipped to the customer
    2. Goods shipped were damaged
    3. Goods shipped were expired or exposed
  2. For return purposes; customer need to contact and inform DZEmerald within 24 to 48 hours upon receiving of the shipment. Report need to be made via EMAIL at ‘’. Fail to do so will lead to void of goods return or exchange.
  3. Upon receiving the official report, DZEmerald will replace the defect/damaged/expired goods to the customer.
