Delivery
- All goods sold by DZEmerald will be shipped to the customer via POS LAJU.
- COM will packed the goods properly and accordingly in order to prevent the goods from being damage while in transit.
- A tracking number or tracking ID will be provided to the customer once the goods are being shipped.
Return and Exchange
- DZEmerald will accept returns if:
- Wrong goods were being shipped to the customer
- Goods shipped were damaged
- Goods shipped were expired or exposed
- For return purposes; customer need to contact and inform DZEmerald within 24 to 48 hours upon receiving of the shipment. Report need to be made via EMAIL at ‘dzemerald.hq@gmail.com’. Fail to do so will lead to void of goods return or exchange.
- Upon receiving the official report, DZEmerald will replace the defect/damaged/expired goods to the customer.
